Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker

I finally broke and bought a Cuisinart ice cream maker and I must say, I'm glad that I did not. I have a family of 10 and capable of two liters of homemade sorbets to make sorbets and frozen drinks is a true delight.

As I said, I have a family of 10, so we have a rather heavy Cuisinart ice cream maker to keep pace. We went with the ICE-30BC, which I must say is pretty well done. It 'hard, killer looks and works like a charm.

The only error, you must freezeBowl for a good 24 hours to get your body the right consistency.

Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker company is another model that I had my eye on this. This is a commercial machine Cuisinart ice cream and has its own built-freezing chamber. This means that no freezing bowl. To turn it on and 30 minutes later, the ice cream!

The drawback, that is, it is $ 300. But I also found a similar machine (of another brand) for $ 700 and I think that it is not so bad.

Let awhile 'the history of the frozen packs, I think you will find interesting.

The emperor of Rome (Nero) was credited with having contributed, he sent his servant to the mountains to collect snow. This was then mixed with nectar, fruit pulp and honey. Sure, it was not as comfortable as a Cuisinart ice cream maker, but it must have been a pleasure!

Nobody knows for sure that the source of this joy fantastic frozen, but the 13th-century, Marco Polo returned from Asia, with recipesfor "water-ice. Apparently the Asians were there for thousands of years.

Italo Machiony had a nice hand-cart, where he sold his homemade desserts frozen on Wall Street. He invented a wafer stop people from business, with its glass cups and patented his idea in 1903 to keep.

No matter what you call, or who it was, if fruit, nuts, chocolate and peanut butter contains (my favorite) that you really need, you can do alone. Is not just a little 'less expensive, but there are no preservatives, and install exactly what you want in it.

If you opt for the Cuisinart ice cream maker, which is definitely not my site for more information.
